Connectors
Give the raven app scoped access to the tools you already use.
Connectors let the raven app work with the tools you already use. A connector grants the app scoped access to one service, account-level: connect it once and it works on every device you sign in from.
#Available connectors
- Google family: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, through one sign-in with scoped permissions.
- GitHub: repositories, issues, and pull requests.
- Vercel and Cloudflare: deployments and DNS, connected with an API key.
- More connectors are landing over time; the app shows what is currently available.
#Connecting a service
- In the raven app, open settings and find Connectors.
- Choose the service and approve the permission prompt in the popup window. OAuth-based services (Google, GitHub, Vercel) use their own sign-in; key-based services (Cloudflare) take a key you create in that service's dashboard.
- The connection is stored account-level and appears in the list with its status.
#How access is stored
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and tied to your account, not to a device. Disconnecting a connector revokes the stored access immediately. The app only requests the scopes a connector actually needs, and you can see what was granted when you connect.
