Web search with sources, deep research, and real document and presentation files.

Skills are the raven app's built-in superpowers: instead of just answering, the app can search the live web, run multi-step research, and produce finished files. They are available in every plan, on web, desktop, and mobile.

#Web search

Ask a question that needs current information and enable search when prompted, or turn it on from the composer. raven searches the live web, reads what it finds, and answers with citations. The sources appear in a Sources section under the answer, each linking to where the claim came from.

#Deep research

For bigger questions, deep research runs a loop: it plans what to learn, searches repeatedly, reads the results, and synthesizes a single answer. You see a progress pill while it works and the full source list when it lands. Use it for landscape scans, comparisons, and anything where one search is not enough.

#Documents and presentations

Ask raven to create a document or create a presentation and it produces a real file you can download: Word-compatible .docx documents and .pptx presentations, generated on your device from the structured content the model writes.

#Tips

Name the skill in your request for the most reliable trigger: "search the web for...", "do deep research on...", "create a document that...".
For research, state the deliverable up front: a comparison table, a brief, a decision memo.
Citations first, conclusions second: open the Sources section and spot-check before you forward.
